Knowledge is power and I know a lot about breast cancer but when I found out my wife had breast cancer all i felt was powerless. Meeting with the oncologist we had options because my wife and I both have scientific backgrounds. Out informed decision helped bring back a sense of power. I wanted to be able to give other women in the same scenario options and power. How could we use our experience and expertise to help others. The wellness bus idea was born to bring quality care and answers to women in rural Queensland.
