I first heard bout kalka few years back but never met him until today 14 march 2017 Aunty marj knows me and i ave upmost respect for her and her family..ive been on healing journey for ten years …try stay focus with going to gym eating right..etc but culture was missing ..i need that in order to heal my trauma propa way..from this day forward i joined plus fitness gym..will be having kalka as my trainer coach..hopefully in next doco im happy to share my story .as my future goal is to heal our people too once i know the knowledge of what needs to be done to help others live a healthier happier painfree lifestyle but overall this doco is a must to see for all cultures!

  2. I acknowledge the Gubbi Gubbi people as traditional custodians of the land on which I stand and pay my respects to elders past, present, and emerging.

This is a beautiful documentary about culture, connection, supporting community and healing the mind, body, and spirit. The film shares great wisdom and features what happens when we align passion with purpose for the benefit of others. Thank you for sharing your story.
