Synopsis:
Brett's love of puppetry has started as soon as he could stand up and properly use his hands. He used to create puppets from whatever he got his hands on... perhaps to deal with the harsh reality of our often cruel world. From school bullying through workplace abuse he did never give up the hope that one day he can finally fulfill his mission and bring happiness to our world!

6 comments on “The Puppeteer”
I received an email from a father who said he watched “The Puppeteer” documentary and was reminded of his ten year old son. His son loves puppets (and wants to do one of our workshops), loves to draw, plays piano by ear and stuggles to make friends at school because of all of these strange and quirky interests and talents – just like me! Just thought it would be nice to let you know. It was amazing to hear from this guy and to learn that your doco was meaningful to him and struck a chord. Thank you again for telling my story. I hope it inspires many more shy, weird kids (just like I was) to follow their dreams. ?
Get job INSPIREFLIX and wonderful, inspiring story with real human emotion and brilliantly pulled together.
To quote Siskel and Ebert, this gets “Two Thumbs Up”!
It’s important to always follow your dreams.
Loved it. Really well done and showcases Bretts skills and passion. Well done.
Loved hearing this story. We watched this this inspiring name perform when my boys were young. Thanks you for sharing his story.
